Dispatchers Wanted
1099 Independent Contractors
We're actively looking for experienced freight dispatchers to join Davis On Time DOT as 1099 independent contractors. Work remotely, set your schedule, and grow with a carrier that values your expertise.
100% Remote

Independent contractor status. You run your business — we provide the loads and the support.

What We're Looking For
- Experience dispatching freight (OTR, regional, or local)
- Strong communication skills — phone and email
- Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS rules a plus
Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A or CDL-B license
- Clean MVR and driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR or regional experience
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Familiarity with Southeast freight lanes preferred
